Terms of Service - Not-Meta

By accessing or using Not-Meta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Not-Meta or connected Not-Meta features.

Not-Meta is an independent modular environment for developers, creators, AI workflows, cloud VM dashboards, Not-Code tools, Aphantasia workflows, STARS profiles, Channels, Sigma Gaming experiments, and creator-support systems.

Connected modules may include Profiles, Cloud / VM Dashboard, Not-Code Studio and Not-Code tools, not-code-mobile-native (mobile companion), Not-Code Windows (desktop companion), Aphantasia (AI and creative workflows), Aphantasia native (mobile companion), STARS (creator profiles), Stars native (mobile companion), Channels, Sigma Gaming, LOVE, and future Not-Meta systems. Not-Code Studio and Not-Code mobile native are parts of the Not-Meta ecosystem, not the primary public brand.

These modules, subsystems, and companion apps are part of the Not-Meta modular platform environment.

• Account, profile, dashboard, and creator surfaces.
• GPU virtual-machine dashboards and cloud workflow tools.
• Not-Code developer tools, code editing, file management, terminal, and Git features.
• AI-assisted workflows through user-requested or user-configured integrations.
• Creator-support, STARS, Channels, Aphantasia, and experimental Sigma gaming surfaces.

• Google Sign-In, email login, or other supported authentication methods may be used to access account-based Not-Meta features.
• A GitHub account may be required for GitHub Copilot, GitHub OAuth, repository, or Git-based workflows.
• Optional third-party AI API keys or OAuth connections may be configured for additional model or platform access.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication tokens and API keys.
• The content of your workspace files and code.
• Compliance with the terms of service of third-party providers (GitHub, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
• Any costs incurred from third-party API usage (premium Copilot requests, Claude/Codex/Gemini API calls).
• Using Not-Meta lawfully and avoiding abuse, spam, credential misuse, unauthorized access, or harmful platform activity.

• Your code and workspace content remain your property. We claim no ownership.
• Not-Meta and its platform code, design, systems, and services are operated through not-meta.com unless otherwise stated in an open-source license or repository license.
• Open-source or repository-specific components are governed by their applicable license files.

• The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, OS updates, or user error.
• AI-generated code suggestions are provided without guarantee of correctness or fitness for purpose.
• Third-party API availability and pricing are controlled by their respective providers.
• Experimental features may change, pause, or be removed as the platform evolves.

Account, Google Sign-In, profile, workspace, API token, diagnostic, and integration data are handled according to the Not-Meta Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before connecting external providers or using third-party AI systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our backend services for accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Your on-device data remains accessible according to the behavior of the local app or device, but hosted Not-Meta services may be restricted for safety, security, or legal reasons.
